Vesper Design Origins
In September of 2022, Gabriela Amon founded Vesper Design LLC. Initially, Vesper was solely a graphic design business. Since 2023, it has expanded to also include Vesper Photography services, and Vesper Outpost handmade crafts and art print store. Through this company, Gabriela hopes to not only offer exceptional service to clients, but also spark more imagination, storytelling, and success in her community and among small businesses in San Diego.
Meet the Artist: Gabriela Amon
Gabriela Amon is a Multimedia Artist from the San Diego and Los Angeles County area in California. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in the spring of 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Multimedia Art. Growing up at the intersection between American and Brazilian culture, Gabriela has always been interested in alternative forms of communication for when ideas don’t translate. As a result, she loves to explore how to express memories and emotions through her art. In a rebellion
against an ever-graying world, Gabriela uses bold colors and whimsical imagery in her work in an effort to give rise to more heart, inspiration, and imagination. She enjoys genres such as fantasy, surrealism, and the “uncanny.” Her work is not restricted to any one particular medium, and she loves experimenting with new forms of art. Some of her favorite mediums to work in include photography, computer graphics and digital design, typography, and collage.
Gabriela's work has been featured in the 2023 Prague International Exhibition, Artspace Innovations: The London Underground, The Holy Art Gallery: Best American Virtual Art Exhibit, and more. Click on the buttons below to see more.
My Mission!
In an ever-graying world growing devoid of imagination, I aim to stand as a beacon of color in the midst of monotony. I wield whimsy, enchantment, and the power of imagination as my sword and shield against this creeping blandness and diseased hopelessness. I strive to rekindle hope with the enchanting power of art to remind us all of the magic that exists in the world, if only we choose to see it. This is my mission, my purpose, and my contribution to a world in desperate need of a little more color, a little more magic, a little more hope. Together, let us resist the gray, celebrate the vibrant, and nurture the magical.
